Advice and answers from the Restaurantology Team

Restaurantology allows users to save compound filters for faster access in the future.

Note: Saved filters are limited to Restaurantology Pro licenses. There is currently a limit of 100 saved filters per user.

Save a filter

To save a compound filter for future use, click the “Save Filter” button. In the pop-up window, provide a Name and Group. Groups are intended to help you organize your filters into meaningful sub-categories.

Examples:

  • Name: Texas 6-20, Group: 2023 Emerging Territories
  • Name: California 6-20, Group: 2023 Emerging Territories
  • Name: East 101+ units, Group: 2023 Enterprise Territories
  • Name: West 101+ units, Group: 2023 Enterprise Territories

Using, editing, and updating previously saved filters

To view your previously saved filters, click on the “Saved Filters” sub-tab. Click the filter name you’d like to use to load the saved filter.

To edit a filters name or group, or to delete existing filters, Click the “Edit” button next to the filter you’d like to update.

Note: Groups are expressed as expandable accordion title sections. Saved filters with no named Group will be added to the “None” group by default.
